- How does this toy tower program save our office time?
We've taken the toy vending machine to a whole new level. In just 18"of space, children can have up to eight choices of vending machine toys from our toy tower! Your staff will no longer need to spend time helping indecisive patients choose their reward. With the Treasure Tower, otherwise known as a "toy tower," the child can choose their prize by themselves, allowing the assistant time to focus on the parent, scheduling appointments, and handling payments. Patient flow increases as patients are motivated to exit your work area quickly to redeem their token at the Treasure Tower.
- How does this program save our office money over a treasure box?
The Treasure Tower fixes your reward cost per patient by putting you in control of how many tokens you give your patients to redeem for a toy. This eliminates the problem of children taking multiple prizes at your expense. If token/quarter coin mechanisms are chosen for your Treasure Tower, parents can choose to purchase additional toys. In addition, there will be no wasted expense from broken or unwanted toys or toys contaminated by pathogens that need to be thrown away.
- Do we get to choose the toys in our Treasure Tower?
Yes! You will get to choose your toys from a wide selection of novelty bulk toys, games, jewelry, and bouncy balls appealing to children between the ages of 3 and 17. With four or eight different selections, depending on which Treasure Tower you choose, everyone is sure to find something they like. You can view some of the toy options by visiting the link entitled, "Shop Toys" or "Store." However, please note that as a Treasure Tower Owner, will will have access to Owner's Club Pricing. This pricing will be less than the pricing you see in our store.
- Do kids prefer the Treasure Tower over a treasure box?
Yes! There is something "magical" to children about the combination of getting a token that tells them they're a "Super Patient" or a "Super Student" or they've earned the "Treasure Tower Award" and getting to make their selection, insert the token, turn the handle, and have their prize fall down the chute. Some kids prefer to just keep the token, they think it's so neat! It's a great last experience for them to remember before going home and gives them something to look forward to when coming back!
- What is the age limit for using the Treasure Tower?
The Treasure Tower is designed for children three years old and up. However, there are prizes, such as rubber ducks that can be given to younger children.

Do you carry any larger toys?
Yes! We carry an assortment of 2-3" vinyl bath tub ducks and squirts. These bath tub toys are generally stored in a treasure box or toy chest, and can be individually handed to the children. These are great for the under three crowd. - How can we get a Treasure Tower for our office?

Additional information will then be sent to your e-mail address and a Treasure Tower representative will contact you. - How do the Treasure Towers and tokens come packaged? Is assembly required?
The upper section of the Treasure Tower is separated from the stand in order to prevent damage during shipping. The tokens are packaged alongside the toy tower within the same box. The Treasure Tower should take no more than 15 minutes to assemble. Simple written and video assembly instructions are provided.
- Who makes repairs to the Treasure Tower if something is not working properly?
You will have access to "Owners Info Link" once you purchase your Treasure Tower. It contains all the information necessary, including videos, to enable you to know how to maintain your toy tower and make repairs if needed. In addition, you may call our office to help you should you need additional assistance. - Does the Treasure Tower Come With a Warranty?
The 4-Select Treasure Tower, Super Treasure Tower and Reburbished Towers are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for as long as the original consumer owns the machine, providing instructions on final assembly have been followed and the BUYER continues to purchase prizes through Treasure Towers Rewards Canada. This express warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit or part.
- Who do we buy our toys from and what is the cost?
